Full House Star Issued Supervised Visits with Daughter

Jodie Sweetin, child star from Full House, has been ordered by the court to be supervised when taking care of her 8 month old daughter.

This came about after Sweetin’s ex Cody Herpin accused her of being an unfit mother, alleging that she once drove intoxicated with their daughter Zoie in the car.

The supervision ruling was made by a California judge in an emergency custody hearing on Wednesday. The couple currently have joint custody but Herpin has requested sole legal and physical custody.

Sweetin, 26, is a recovering alcoholic and drug addict and her lawyer Wilma Presley says “She has absolutely not relapsed. She merely confessed to having several glasses of wine over dinner recently and felt guilty about that. She is currently in a 12-step program and is working hard on her sobriety. She wants to be clean and sober from everything.”

The next custody hearing is set for February 9.
