Farrah Fawcett Cancer Update
Growing up and watching Farrah Fawcett as a young girl back in the 1970s and you envied her beauty while all the guys loved her.
Today there isn’t much to be jealous about anymore.
Farrah Fawcett is bravely fighting a very public battle of anal cancer.
The documentary that aired on NBC last Friday night to very respectable ratings provided a painful glimpse of a television/movie star’s final curtain call. At times it was gut wrenching viewing someone who although famous came across as someone you know personally. That sister, best friend or name any person close to you that you wouldn’t wish to see suffer so painfully.
The most remarkable lesson that can be taken out of observing Farrah’s struggle is knowing that everyone of us regardless of our status in life have to face the ultimate fear of dying and hoping that our lives meant something.
As Farrah searched for a cure and clearly wanted to fight to live, her glimmer of hope was broken when the cancer while in remission returned with a vengeance. Like so many of us who have seen people we know personally have their hopes raised with being cured of cancer only to have them dashed permanently, the final thought that crosses your mind is hoping that Farrah has found peace on some level and that her valiant fight will inspire us to hug our friends and family members because as Farrah’s cancer situation reminds us of, life is temporary and we should live it to the fullest.

It is about awareness. I have had surgery to remove a lump from my breast. I had 8 rounds of Chemo. I had 35 rounds of radiation. I am still recovering. The side effects from Chemo are really bad.
I love Farrah for sharing with the public and making this cancer known. Believe me, once you have to go through all this and lose your hair too, you don’t wish this on your worst enemy. She has a lot of gutts and I pray for her. Well Done! Bravo! I would give her the OSCAR of her life to share this with everyone!
dear Farrah,I’ll always be your #1 fan. That was a great thing you did by going on tv and sharing your illness with all of us,I did’nt know a whole lot about this cancer. You are in my prayers and I’ll pray for you everyday, you are so beautiful and may god bless you!!!
Everybody has to love Farrah if you grew up in the 70′s. Not just Charlie’s angel but America’s Angel.
Love to you Farrah.
i am praying for you Farrah. i have been watching you for so many years. you are a strong woman and your faith will get you through this. you are in my prayer,s.
Yes, it is about awareness, absolutely! And with that said, I wonder how many out there realize that there is an herb that cures cancer!! This herb is called pau d’ arco and has been used for centuries by Indians in the rain forest. Those that have discovered this miraculous herb have been cured of cancer, even terminal! I am sure the medical profession would rather people did not know of this miraculous herb. After all, cancer is a big money maker. Does anyone ever ask themselves why after all these years of so called cancer research, of which a huge astronomical of money has been given to through charities, that there never seems to be a cure found?! This herb is a powerful immune builder yet gentle to the body. In my research I have found that the only medicine that cannot be taken with this herb are blood thinners. On top of that this herb is able to cure many other serious illnesses as well. The other wonderful thing about this herb is that it’s cheap!! Look it up.
Research this miraculous, wonderful herb, particularly if you have cancer or know of someone who does. You will be glad you did!
