Farrah’s Story: Farrah Fawcett Anal Cancer Update
Farrah Fawcett’s doctor has recently praised the former Charlie’s Angels star for keeping a clear head when thinking about the different ways to treat her cancer.
Fawcett was diagnosed with cancer back in 2006 and it has since spread to her liver. The starlet apparently opted out of a surgery that would have reconnected the colon to part of the abdomen wall and instead chose alternative treatment in Germany. Her doctor said that in the end, this was a good decision because it was unknown whether such a surgery would improve her condition at all.
Fawcett’s condition has reportedly worsened in the past couple weeks. She has decided to document her last days living with the disease so that people can know exactly what cancer does to a person. She has allowed her best friend to tape even her most intimate and painful moments. For instance, one shot catches Fawcett writhing in pain and grasping a rosary in her hand. Many are saying that the tale of her struggle with cancer could be Fawcett’s final performance. There is also talk that the actress could receive an Emmy for capturing her struggles.
At the end of the film, Fawcett is captured as she fails to recognize even her own son because of the pain medication she is undergoing. Truly, the film shows Fawcett in what could likely be her final days.
She decided to film her struggle in hopes of raising awareness and promoting early detection and treatment of cancer for people everywhere.

I think Farrah is so courageous for doing this. God bless her. This will make the public think about proper screening that could help detect this disease early. My prayers go out to Farrah and her family at this time and always.

Her story was emotional and sad. But at the end of the day, the message I gotwas “try to live as much as you can, do everything you can do for it”, which is what currently the majority of people think. I wish there was a queries in her experience, which will take her to the Allah. Not the cliche (as we saw) that “I prayed you, give me more life or benefits”. There must be something more deeper and meaningful.
