NBC Says Heidi Montag Full Of Crap
Los Angeles – Heidi Montag or Mrs. Spencer Pratt as she is now known might have bitten off more than she could chew when she joined the NBC program “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here”. Heidi and husband Spencer of MTV’s The “Hills” fame are both contestants on the NBC program. Heidi and husband also seem to be having trouble coping with the demands of life in the jungles of Costa Rica. The couple quit the show last Thursday then begged to be allowed to return.
As punishment for leaving the show, NBC isolated the couple and made them spend the night in the lost chamber. Some rumors and reports have circulated that the couple was formed to spend 3 nights in a dark room with no food or water but NBC was quick to deny these allegations and stated the couple only spent about 14 hours in the Lost Chamber. Reportedly, the only food they allowed was water, rice and beans. NBC also pointed out that professional medical personnel is always on hand and Heidi and Spencer have been in no life threatening conditions while on the show.
Additionally, before spending the night in the chamber the couple had spent three days in hotel rooms while their fellow cast mates where enduring thunderstorms and other bad weather in the jungle setting. It is know that Heidi was hospitalized on Sunday with a stomach ailment of some kind. Though it is believed to be a gastric ulcer, NBC has yet to make a statement concerning the reality stars health.
