Erin Andrews Peeeping Tom victim

According to Freep.com, the internet home page of the Detroit Free Press, ESPN reporter Erin Andrews has become a recent victim of a peeping tom. According to press reports, Andrews was taped naked in a hotel room in which the intruder then posted the video on the Internet, which since has been taken down.

The hotel is unkown and the date of the incident is unkown. According to a statement by Andrews’ attorney, ‘While alone in the privacy of her hotel room, Erin Andrews was surreptitiously videotaped without her knowledge or consent. She was the victim of a crime and is taking action to protect herself and help ensure that others are not similarly violated in the future.”

As of July 19, 2009 there has been no positive identification on who the actual intruder was. Andrews has been shaken up by the incident but is doing her best to protect herself and others who might have to go through this same situation.
