Is Madonna Getting Carried Away?

Legendary pop star Madonna’s exercise routine may be creating the opposite effect of what she is intending. It has been over a year since Madonna has traded in her curvier physique for a more toned and slender body. Lately, as evident by paparazzi photos that are circulating Hollywood gossip sites, it seems that our Queen of Pop might just be going a little overboard.

In recent photos of her Madgesty leaving a London restaurant with her 22 year old Brazilian model boyfriend (good job Madge!), Madonna displayed bulging veins that make her arms look about 30 years older than she is. Some of her on-lookers are finding that the result of Madonna’s strenuous workout routine are very unfeminine and unappealing, while others are praising her for her commitment to such a difficult work out schedule.

Madonna is said to spend two full hours of everyday doing cardio and muscle toning exercises. While it is hard to get into the swing of a new workout schedule, many find that once they do it becomes very addicting. Exercise not only causes one to feel productive, but the endorphin rush causes a very dramatic mood lift. Sometimes the thrill of exercising causes one to lose sight of the original reason they started exercising in the first place. Curvy or buff, our Queen of Pop will remain an icon. As long as she is healthy we should disregard the appearance of her biceps and just be proud of her for landing such a hot young boy toy.

  1. Personally i think they look disgusting, but so long as Madonna keeps giving us great music and amazing live shows, i really could care less what her arms looked like.
