Oh Snap! Bryce Dallas Howard Replacing Lefevre in Twilight

The role of Victoria in The Twilight Saga has been re-cast.

Rachelle Lefevre who played the evil vampire out for revenge will be leaving the franchise due to scheduling conflicts.

She will not appear in the next year’s third installment “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse”.

Another redhead and daughter of director Ron Howard, Bryce Dallas Howard, who last starred alongside Christian Bale in “Terminator Salvation”, will step in as Victoria for the next movie.

President of Worldwide Production and Acquisition for Summit said “Rachelle brought ‘Victoria’ to great screen life and Bryce will bring a new dimension to the character. The franchise is lucky to have such a talented actress as Bryce coming in to fill the role.”

Filming begins in Vancouver next month with the movie due out on June 30, 2010.
