Ryan Reynolds in Drag

Ryan Reynolds is about to go where Patrick Swayze, Dustin Hoffman and Robin Williams have gone before him.

He will be putting on a dress and acting as a woman in a new comedy from Allan Loeb.

Reynolds will play the role of a man who dresses up as a woman to try and befriend his ex-lover and win her back. Eric Fellner and Tim Bevan from Working Title Films (which bought the rights to the film) will produce with Jonathan Komack and Steven Pearl.

Reynolds will executive produce with Liza Chasin and Allan Loeb. No word on when the movie will start production or when it will be released.

Reynolds most recently starred alongside Sandra Bullock in “The Proposal” and just finished filming the thriller “Buried”.
