Rihanna Set to Speak Out

Rihanna is about to speak out publically for the first time since she was assaulted by her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.

The 21 year-old singer will appear first on Good Morning America with Diane Sawyer on Thursday morning and then on 20/20 on Friday evening.

The interview which has already been taped has Rihanna saying “This happened to me.  It can happen to anyone,” and adds “He was definitely my first big love.”

Rihanna’s fourth album titled Rated R will be released on November 23 with the first single Russian Roulette debuting last week.

Chris Brown, 20, is currently serving his sentence for the assault which consists of community service, five years probation and domestic violence counselling.

He also has a new album titled Graffiti out on December 15.
