Michael Lohan Arrested

It appears that Lindsey Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, was apprehended by New York police early Thursday morning for violating a restraining order. The order had clearing barred Michael Lohan from attempting to contact his former girlfriend, a woman by the name of Erin Muller. Michael Lohan, a 49 year old man with a history of complicated problems with Muller, was arrested on Long Island and placed under police custody under the charge of criminal contempt. This is not the first time that Michael Lohan has landed in hot water due to his relationship with Muller. He was faced with similar charges following another restraining order back in last December.

According to his lawyer, New York attorney high profile attorney Bryan Konoski, Michael Lohan is simply the victim of outright fabrications on the part of Muller. In this most recent incident, Muller contacted the authorities claiming that her former lover had attempted to contact her at work, which was not permitted under the details of the restraining order between Michael Lohan and Muller.

Following his arrest, Michael Lohan has attempted to stay ahead of the story by speaking with celebrity gossip website Hollywoodscoop.com. According to him, the individual who had been dialing Erin Muller at her work number was none other than Muller herself.
