It was the first elimination of the season on ‘Dancing With the Stars’ and we had a mild surprise. Despite terrible performances by Margaret Cho and The Situation, they were deemed safe by the viewing audience votes.

Actor, musician, and whatever else he is, David Hasselhoff was booted from the show and he seem relieved.

The 58-year old Hasselhoff said he was happy to do the show and didn’t make an idiot out of himself for his daughters who were in the audience.

The judges were gracious to David, but as the weeks go on, the judges expect more out of the competitors and they won’t cut as much slack.
