Lohan Back To Jail For The Third Time

Judge refused to set bail for Lindsay Lohan at Friday’s court hearing for failing the court ordered drug test.

The hearing only lasted about 10 minutes and Lohan was led out of the courtroom by bailiffs, on her way back to the Century Regional Detention Center, where she was just released two months ago.

This is the third time Lohan will serve time for the same charge from 3-years ago for drugs and drunken driving.

The one thing that has changed for Lohan this time, is there will be no early release for the actress, she will have to serve her full sentence.
