Skeet Ulrich on ‘Law & Order’ Spinoff

Actor Skeet Ulrich, best known for his role as Billy Loomis in the hit film ‘Scream’, is making a comeback. Ulrich stars as Detective Rex Winters in the latest law drama, ‘Law & Order: Los Angeles’. The show is a spin off of the long running hit series ‘Law and Order’.

According to a recent interview with the star, he had never before seen an episode of any ‘Law & Order’ based television show. His character, Detective Winters, is a second generation LAPD officer. Ulrich has had to research the role, as he was not familiar with the Los Angeles area or law enforcement in general.

“There’s a lot to come in the term of character development,” he said.
