Justin Bieber To Host MTV’s Punk’d
Dust off the Von Dutch trucker, because according to various reports, MTV is set to bring Punk’d back from the dead.
In case you missed the better part of the last decade, Ashton Kutcher launched Punk’d in 2003 as a way of getting off on pranking his famous celebrity pals. Everyone from Jessica Biel, Halle Berry and Shaquille O’Neal to Usher, and Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake (who nearly cried… nearly) has been a victim, and now the lengthy list is about to get longer.
There’s one catch though: Kutcher will only return as the executive producer. The host? Well, the headline kinda gave it away. It’s Justin Bieber!
Nothing has been confirmed, but NY Mag‘s Vulture guesses that “if Kutcher’s past history with Punk’d is any indication, Bieber will likely appear in a few early episodes as a participant in the pranks, then gradually revert to mostly introducing segments.”
Wonder who will be at the top of the list? Kim Kardashian? Sean Kingston? Diddy? Kanye? Definitely Usher.
