Laura Dern and Ben Harper Call it Quits

Actress Laura Dern and singer/songwriter Ben Harper have called it quits after five years of marriage.

Harper filed for divorce on Friday citing irreconcilable differences and according to the divorce documents the couple split back on New Year’s Day.

Dern, 43, and Harper, 40, have two children together, Ellery, 9, and Jaya, 5. Harper is seeking joint custody and is asking for denial of spousal support for Dern.
