Beyonce Pregnant With Her First Child

After a false pregnancy rumor in March, U.S. Weekly on Wednesday confirmed the good news: Beyoncé and Jay-Z are officially awaiting their first child.

“B was shocked,” a source says. “She loves kids, but she wasn’t ready to be a mother just yet.” The report quotes Beyonce’s sister Solange, mom to six-year-old Julez, giving Beyonce her blessing. “She’s got the most beautiful heart,” Solange says. “She’ll be a great mom.”

The report says Beyonce is in her first trimester. Good for her. It will be difficult to live in a Beyonce-free world during the pregnancy, but I will find a way to manage. If I can just see a third-trimester performance of “Bootylicious,” I’ll be good.

Beyonce who is married to Jay-Z since 2008, reportedly told a reliable source that she is really happy and that “this baby is a gift from God.”

No word yet from Beyonce’s mom, Tina. She’s probably too busy sketching designs for House of Dereon Baby. Which reminds me, Beyonce, please don’t name your baby Dereon.
