Beyonce Pregnant With First Child (PHOTO)
According to US Weekly, Beyoncé Knowles is expecting her first child with husband Jay-Z, 40.
A source close to the 29 year-old singer said “B was shocked. She loves kids, but she wasn’t ready to be a mother just yet.” A couple of years ago Beyoncé admitted being terrified of childbirth “I’m terrified of delivering a child because I saw my nephew being born. That traumatized me. I’m only 27. I’ve got time.”
No comments were given by either of their reps.
Friends of the couple, who were married in 2008, are already congratulating them; record executive Kevin Liles, who’s known Jay-Z for many years, said “Jay has been all about family since I met him, and he’s always going to be. I wish them the best.”
Beyonce’s sister Solange said “She’s got the most beautiful heart. She’ll be a great mom.”
Beyonce is reportedly in her first trimester but no due date has been revealed.
