Lindsay Lohan Ordered Back To Rehab, Again

Well, she avoided jail, but Lindsay Lohan has been ordered back to rehab.

The judge ruled that Lindsay must stay in rehab until at least January 3, 2011, saying, “You are an addict. I hope you understand that. I don’t want another train wreck.”

Lindsay is scheduled to appear back in court on February 25th and will undergo drug testing until then. If she does not test positive for drugs or alcohol before the court appearance, the judge will reduce her sentence to unsupervised probation.

Lucky for Lindsay, the judge was lenient. According to TMZ.com, the D.A was looking for her to serve 180 days in county jail.
