Tish Cyrus And Billy Ray Cyrus File For Divorce

Tish Cyrus is heading to the court room in the very near future. Her husband, country music singing sensation Billy Ray Cyrus filed for a divorce this week after 18 years of marriage.

While the public may find the news shocking, friends and family close to the couple are not surprised by the decision.

The couple has cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce. Billy Ray has filed for joint custody of the couple’s three children ages 17, 15, and 10. Their oldest daughter, actress and singer Miley Cyrus turns 18 in November.

This is the second divorce for Billy Ray.
