Emma Watson Shocked at Wealth

‘Harry Potter’ starlet Emma Watson was shocked to learn that she is wealthy. Apparently, the actress did not realize her cash value until she was involved in a “money conversation” with her father when she was 17 years old.

Watson, who had been appearing in the ‘Potter’ movie franchise since she was 9 years old, had been receiving an allowance of less than $100 each week. Watson’s parents controlled her financial situation until she was 18. She is now reportedly worth a whopping $32 million dollars. Neither wealth nor acting will stop Watson from remaining grounded and down to earth. She refuses, at the time, to become a full time actress and is currently pursuing a degree in literature at Brown University in Rhode Island.

“By the third or fourth film, the money was starting to get serious,” she told Vogue magazine. “I had no idea.”
