Michael Jackson’s Family on Oprah

Katherine Jackson, mother of the King of Pop Michael Jackson, is scheduled to appear on an episode of the Oprah Winfrey show later today. Jackson will appear along with her grandchildren, although it is unclear whether or not it will be Prince, Paris, and Blanket each appearing or just two of pop star’s children. Brother Randy Jackson was either not invited or did not want to participate in the interview and it has not been made clear if sisters Janet and Latoya will or will not be featured on the episode.

In the exclusive interview, Katherine Jackson will be opening up with the talk show hostess about the wrongful death lawsuit recently filed in connection with her son’s death and her opinion of the upcoming and posthumous album release. She maintains that several of the songs on the album, set to be released on December 14, are fake. Jackson’s sister Latoya, as well as his children Prince and Paris, remain in agreement with Katherine over the matter.

Allegedly, producers of the Oprah Winfrey show were attempting to contact Debbie Rowe, the mother of Jackson’s children, to speak with her concerning her relationship with the star.
