Miley Cyrus has had no shortage of news publicity in the last year.

Everything from her off stage romps and risque photo shoots to her skimpy outfits and grinding has kept Miley on top.

So what has she done this time? During a recent red carpet appearance, Miley’s dress, which was open-backed, left little to the imagination when the side of her breasts were exposed, revealing a tattoo.

The ink reads “just breathe”, and according to the actress and pop star, is a memorial tattoo for a friend who died of cystic fibrosis.

The ink that seems to cradle just below the woman’s left breast serves as a reminder of Miley’s love for her friend.
