iTunes Announcement, Apple Beatles Reach Agreement

So what was the big iTunes announcement that had Apple product users waiting and in anticipation of? Why, the Beatles invasion of course!

iTunes has announced the arrival of all 13 of the original Beatles albums, including the box set, available for download. The albums include ‘Please Please Me,’ ‘With the Beatles, A Hard Day’s Night,’ ‘Beatles for Sale,’ ‘Help!,’ ‘Rubber Soul,’ ‘Revolver,’ ‘Magical Mystery,’ ‘Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band,’ ‘The Beatles White Album,’ ‘Yellow Submarine,’ ‘Abbey Road,’ ‘Let It Be,’ ‘Past Masters Vol. 1 & 2,’ ‘The Beatles 1962-1966 (The Red Album),’ and’ The Beatles 1967-1970 (The Blue Album).’

While this announcement was kept secret on the iTunes website itself, the arrival of Beatlemania to iTunes hit news headlines elsewhere early this morning.

The announcement comes as disappointment to some consumers, who use other Apple products such as the iPad, who have anxiously been awaiting the latest iOS to be released. The release of iOS 4.2 has seen several delays, to the dismay of product users.
