Miley Cyrus’ Low Cut Dress Raises Eyebrows (PHOTO)

The once wholesome looking Hannah Montanna star, Miss Miley Cyrus, is breaking out.

She appears to be very comfortable in her new look of an Achy Breaky daughter, in her long flowing nude colored halter, bare backed gown, at the 2011 American Giving Awards this past Sunday evening. This was her first wow in the last two nights of showing off her womanly features with very low cut evening gowns.

The wide eyed nineteen year old has shown up at two recent award ceremonies in similar style with very revealing, flattering and plunging low cut gowns.

Miss Cyrus is making it a new habit to show great poise, while attending these popular events, in bare shoulders, bare back and brazenly generous cleavage.

The other recent appearance of Ms Cyrus at the CNN Heroes awards last night, garnered her similar comments as with her previously worn halter cut gown designed by Jenny Packman.
