‘Sanford And Son’ Actor Graham Brown Dies
It was reported on Tuesday, December 13th that actor and theater founder Graham Brown died of pulmonary failure in Englewood New Jersey.
Brown was best known for playing a school principal on the popular 70′s sitcom Sanford and Son and for his roles in Malcolm X, The Muppets Take Manhattan and Law and Order.
As a founding member of the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis Minnesota and an actor in several stage productions put on by the Negro Ensemble Company based in New York City New York as well as in London’s famous Globe Theater, Brown was able to share his love of theater with audiences all over the world. He spent is last several years in the Lillian Booth Actors’ Fund Nursing Home in Englewood.
