Demi Moore Hospitalized For Drug Abuse

Demi Moore was rushed to the hospital Monday night, reported TMZ. The actress is allegedly being treated for exhaustion and substance abuse issues. Due to this, Moore has bowed out of the film about porn star Linda Lovelace, which stars Amanda Seyfried.

According to sources she was seen by the doctors for using the whipped cream chargers filled with nitrous oxide. Friends called 911 after she had seizure-like symptoms and was in and out of consciousness. the Fire department determined she needed further evaluation and sent her to the hospital.

Demi Moore has since been released from the hospital and will reportedly seek help through a rehabilitation facility. This is Moore’s second-known stint in rehab.

She sought help during her Brat Pack heyday after director Joel Schumacher threatened to cut her from the seminal coming-of-age flick “St. Elmo’s Fire,” People reported.
