Jlo Gains Forty Pounds Durning Pregnancy
We all know that the beautiful Jennifer Lopez has been known for her fabulous figure. When she became pregnant with twin boys and gained forty pounds. She still looked beautiful, but definitely didn’t have her perfect body anymore.
After giving birth to her new bundles of joy she is now working extremely hard to get her body back to pre-pregnancy form.
Jennifer is now on a 1,400 calorie diet and also works out like crazy.
Her goal weight is 120lbs and plans on keeping up with this regimen until she achieves that weight.
Her meal plan consists of mostly raw vegetables and fresh fruit. She also has a very small portion of protein to her diet and also is almost always seen with a fresh bottle of water in one of her hands.
After a pregnancy it is said that most females lose around twelve pounds of water weight, so with that said Jen’s chances at getting her body back quick is very good.
