Georgia Man, Delma Kinney, Wins Second Lottery

A Georgia man is officially on a lucky streak after nabbing his second $1 million state lottery in three years.
Delma Kinney, of Atlanta, just won a $1 million prize playing the instant game Super Millions, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

According to the publication, Kinney won $1 million playing another instant game in 2008.

He told the newspaper that he plans to donate a portion of his new jackpot to charity.

As for his secret formula for striking it rich, twice, Kinney says he has no clue. He picked up the most recent ticket when he was out buying cold medicine, the newspaper reported.
