Deaf Couple Moves After Neighbors File Noise Complaints
Mike Dumrose and Natascha Neitzel are a deaf couple who are moving out of their apartment due to neighbor noise complaints. The couple communicates with each other using sign language, but enjoy listening to music at full volume so they can feel the vibrations.

The noise has upset their neighbors, who made so many complaints that the couple decided to move into a tent at the local park.

Officials in Hagen, Germany, assisted Dumrose and Neitzel to find a hotel room in which to stay.

The couple did find a new residence, but they are currently spending a few days at their old apartment, sleeping on an old mattress and watching television to pass the time.

The only thing they are not doing is celebrating their move with loud music.
