Andy Dick Arrested

Andy Dick has been arrested again on two counts of sexual assault. The actor and comedian was detained in the early hours of Saturday night after a performance at Huntington, West Virginia’s Funny Bone comedy club.

Huntington Police reports that Andy Dick groped a security guard in the crotch area while receiving his wrist band upon entering a well known local bar. Then preceded to grope another man inside the bar while kissing him according to witnesses. Neither of the two men consented these actions and were not taking lightly by the two individuals. Apparently, there was a third individual harassed but no charges were ever filed.

Andy Dick was charged with two counts of “Sexual Abuse in the First Degree” and awaits trial in Virgina on February second. The Funny Bone’s manager posted the bail of sixty thousand dollars so that Dick could finish his appearances set through the weekend.

The comedian is currently on a three year probation sentence for an arrest in 2008 for pulling a young lady’s shirt down in a restaurant causing her to expose herself. Andy Dick has always been known for his antics and has a list of previous arrests for unruly behavior.
