American Idol Results: Bye Bye Megan

Los Angeles – American has voted and Megan Joy’s run on American Idol has come to an end.

After her performance last night of Bob Marley’s “Turn Your Lights Down Low,” tonights results comes as no surprise.

Simon called her performance “boring” and “self indulgent.”

She’s done such a horrible job over the past several weeks, the Idol judges weren’t even going to consider using their one and only “save” on her.

“This is your swam song,” Simon told the corky blond after the final results were revealed.

Joining Megan in the bottom three this week was Anoop Desai and llison Iraheta.

The final 8 contestants on American Idol are: Danny Gokey, Adam Lambert’s, Lil Rounds, llison Iraheta, Anoop Desai, Matt Giraud, Kris Allen and Scott MacIntyre.
